Use the platform honestly
Do not impersonate others, falsify credentials, submit deceptive projects or quotes, manipulate reviews, upload content without permission, or use ProHarbor for illegal, dangerous, discriminatory, or fraudulent activity.
Protect private information
Do not scrape, resell, publish, or reuse customer or professional information outside the relevant project. Do not attempt to access another request, business, quote, conversation, payment, verification document, or administrator page.
Protect the service
Do not bypass rate limits or security controls, automate abusive traffic, test vulnerabilities without written authorization, upload malware, interfere with workers or email delivery, or use messages for spam, threats, harassment, or unrelated solicitation.
Enforcement
ProHarbor may remove content and restrict or suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, and preserve platform security. Serious suspected illegal conduct may be reported where legally required or appropriate.
