What a lead purchase provides
A lead purchase buys access to the customer and project information for an eligible matched request. It does not guarantee that the professional will win the job, receive a response, obtain an appointment, or recover the purchase price through project work. Leads may be available to other professionals.
Requests we may review
ProHarbor may review a request involving a duplicate charge, a clearly invalid lead, or customer information that was inaccessible despite a valid completed purchase. Review does not guarantee approval. A customer choosing another business does not automatically qualify, and a customer not responding does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Review and processing
Refund decisions are subject to platform review, available records, abuse controls, and payment-provider limitations. If approved after payments are activated, processing time will depend on the payment provider and financial institution. ProHarbor does not currently provide an automated refund control in the dashboard.
