Lead access
A purchased lead generally provides access to customer and project information. It does not guarantee a job, appointment, response, or exclusive opportunity. Customers may receive several quotes. Customer information may be used only to respond to the submitted project and must not be resold, published, or used to harass or market unrelated services.
Business responsibilities
Professionals are independent businesses responsible for licenses, insurance, permits, taxes, pricing, worker safety, legal compliance, work quality, and final customer agreements. Account, service, service-area, and credential information must remain accurate.
Conduct, reviews, and verification
Professionals must communicate respectfully, protect customer information, and avoid deceptive quotes. Fake, manipulated, retaliatory, or incentivized reviews are prohibited. Verification reflects limited evidence reviewed at a point in time and does not guarantee quality, ongoing coverage, licensing, or future conduct.
Platform access and payment status
ProHarbor may suspend access for abuse, fraud, harassment, privacy violations, or other policy breaches. Live lead payments remain disabled until the production payment configuration is deliberately activated and verified. No professional should treat the current disabled checkout as evidence that a payment or refund was processed.
